Safety and Responsibility:
If you have a condition that
places you at high risk, Ms Boss will consult with scene
friendly medical professionals on your behalf before you visit
so there will be no dangerous outcome. Please note that the Compound
is not wheelchair accessible. The 6 playrooms span 3 flights of
stairs. If you have a cardiac implant
(or heart issue) there will be no electrical or breath
deprivation play. Bondage and suspension safety
techniques are observed for individuals with low body
circulation. In the event of a medical emergency, 911
will be called. Get an OK from your doctor if you are unsure
about the effects a session could have. BDSM may cause the same
physical stress as a heavy workout. Having a physical once a year
is a good idea.
Health:
Intense sensations are fully
negotiated pre play. Necessary equipment is
autoclave sterilized. Chux pads are
used on and under furniture, the studio is properly cleaned, and no outdoor shoes
are allowed inside.

Preparations instructions and the
exact location of the studio will be sent after
a deposit has been received.
For same day inquiries (for returning guests only) a phone call by
noon is best for expediencies sake.
A minimum of 3 hours advance notice is required for same day scheduling from
the time your call is received.
When possible, the phone is answered for recognized guests between the hours
of 10 am to noon EST.

Important Information:
Media: Ms Boss is not actively seeking filming slaves.
In Her opinion - video cameras in session when play
partners do not have an established bond can ruin the
special energy of really connecting in BDSM. There are
therefore strict rules for media participation with MIB. You would need
to strongly petition Ms Boss in order for Her to consider
doing this with you and sign a model release, 2257 documents, and provide a non
expired photo ID. The Compound
owns the rights to any material featuring Ms Boss on or
off premises. The extra fees cover the time spent on
editing and communicating about the scene pre play. You
would receive an edited DVD once
completed. These terms are non negotiable. (If any of this
is a problem, please do not make inquiries about having
your session filmed.) Outside video cameras
are not allowed in sessions. Ms Boss does not film clips, but She does own
and operate a
C4S store that is updated with samplings from various projects. Requests for sessions to be filmed are
an additional tribute.
The following
behaviors and activities are not tolerated or provided:
Attempting to change or expand upon Ms Boss's limits before, during or after the
session. BDSM equipment "storage". Asking for the return of gifts given to the Compound. Requests for "very little clothing", or
nudity. Groping of Ms Boss or lewd mentions. Dildo
gags or masturbation of Ms Boss. Topping from the bottom.
"Real" surgical procedures (the Compound is not a hospital), direct sexual contact (ass, breast or
pussy worship), forced bi, pies, and / or cuckolding, activities ending in the word "job"
or "ingus", mentoring (no free time - sorry), unsupervised bondage
"abandonment", insects or animals in scene,
providing slaves or male dominants,
switch or submissive sessions,
"GFE" (or escort), massage or modeling,
trades
or bartering,
personal slavery,
employment opportunities,
extreme physical
assaults that mimic domestic violence or abuse,
substances are not provided such smoking, inhalants, drugs or
alcohol,
permanent damage including castration is not possible,
wrestling, holds or chokes do not take place, FTT or BS of any variety is not
offered,
written contracts for
sessions are not considered, and "BDSM dating" does not take place.
Ms Boss would never disrespect your time, so do respect Hers: If you make inquiries to see Ms Boss in
Pittsburgh at the Compound while she is obviously traveling (and away from
Pittsburgh), the session must be 100% prepaid within 24 hours of Her
response to you in order for the appointment to be written in Her
book and take place upon Her return. If no payment is made, nothing
is written down and there is likewise nothing to cancel. If
repetitive inquiries on Ms Boss's time are made without follow
through, future inquiries will be ignored. "Canceling"
an appointment that has not been arranged
yet due to tribute not being made is ample reason for future
non-consideration. Gifting an item from
the wishlist would help restore you.
